Fans told if nine-goal star will be good signing for Chelsea and Potter

Lille star Jonathan David has admitted that the Premier League is a move he is interested in – but is he right for Chelsea?
David has had an impressive start to the Ligue 1 season and has netted nine goals and three assists in 14 appearances this season.
We only have Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as their main striker – and although Kai Havertz is a decent back-up – he is not the quality that David would bring to that Blues squad if signed.
But David has said when quizzed on links to Chelsea and has refused to talk to much about his future: “I am aware of nothing. When I am at the World Cup I am just focused on trying to enjoy the World Cup and enjoying the moment.
“What happens after I do not know, we will have to see.
“The Premier League is the best league in the world and I think every player would want to play there some day.”
Reporter Iomie Stanley has told icfootballnews that David is not the right man to lead their attack – he said: ‘His performances for Lille this season and his performances at the World Cup just shows that the player has real ability – he could easily play for a side like Chelsea.
‘However – to move to Stamford Bridge may not be the best one for him to make as they do not play the kind of football that would get the very best out of the star.
‘They need a forward that is able to make an immediate impact on that squad – that is already proven in the Premier League and that is able to cope with the physical aspect of the English game
‘Chelsea do need to sign a striker in the coming windows – but are not sure that David is the right man for them.’
