Willian has vowed to stay loyal to Chelsea amid the coronavirus outbreak.
There has been talk that he could be leaving at the end of the season as reports in the media have suggested that we may not be willing to offer him a new contract because of his age, and may be willing to let him leave the club on a free transfer, with the likes of Juventus and Barcelona eyeing up a possible deal
But despite his impending arrival in the summer, recent reports have claimed the transfer will not impact Willian, and that we and the stars representatives are still in talks to try and agree a deal that would allow him to stay at the club for the next few years, but there is still some doubt that he could leave the club.
And the Brazilian himself even came out and admitted that he could leave the club at the end of the season for not getting the three-year contract offer that he currently desires, and recent reports have suggested that that Lampard and Marina Granovskaia are battling it out to come to some sort of agreement.
But amid all the transfer speculation, he has assured Blues fans he will remain committed to the cause until the season has finished.
Speaking to Brazilian TV channel Esporte Interativo on a live Facebook chat, he said: “My contract really ends I think in July.
And if I had to play on those dates, in these months, I think it would be no problem for me to end the league in a way which would be loyal to the club, as they always were with me.
“Regardless of a signed paper.
“But without a doubt, as always, I will always be ready to give the best to my club regardless of my contract situation.”
