Wow! Brazilian Willian opens up and makes massive summer Chelsea admission

Chelsea, Willian

Brazilian star Willian has dealt Chelsea a blow after admitting he could leave this summer.

There has been talk that he could be leaving at the end of the season as reports in the media have suggested that we may not be willing to offer him a new contract because of his age, and may be willing to let him leave the club on a free transfer, but despite Hakim Ziyech’s impending arrival in the summer, recent reports have claimed the transfer will not impact Willian, and that the stars representatives are still in talks to try and agree a deal that would allow him to stay at the club for the next few years, but there is still some doubt that he could leave the club.

It is no secret that Gunner boss Mikel Arteta is keen to add some experience and quality to his midfield, and has been a big fan of Willian for seasons now, and considering the fact that Willian would come one a free, it is right down the alley of the Arsenal hierarchy.

Now the Brazilian winger, who is out of contract at the end of the season and wants a three-year deal to remain at Stamford Bridge, has actually admitted that he could leave the club at the end of the current season, Speaking to ESPN Brazil he said: “I still don’t know. There’s nothing with any other team. There’s no offer from any team. My negotiation for now is with Chelsea. There’s still nothing concrete from any team.

“And the situation with Chelsea is still that way. They offered me two, I demanded three, and it stopped there.

“There’s nothing much. I always like to make it very clear the respect I have for this club, the affection I have.

“Regardless of my situation, one thing I can say: I’ll always try to do my best, give my best on the pitch for this team. There’s really no offer from any club.”
