Will adding star striker help Chelsea win Premier League title?

Thomas Tuchel has one of the very best squads in the Premier League right now, but if they managed to add a striker to that Chelsea side, could they win the Premier League next season.

Tuchel took over a side just after Christmas after Frank Lampard failed to get the players putting in the kind of performances that many had hoped for, and that Roman Abramovic demanded when he let the club legend spend £200 million last summer.

The German coach has got that back-line well organised and keeping clean-sheets, while that midfield is easily one of the most creative in the Premier League, maybe even Europe, but they have struggled to score the goals that many would like to see.

Timo Werner has done pretty much nothing in the Premier League this season, despite the fact he is one of the best in world football, and despite the fact that he netted 28-goals in the Bundesliga last season.

Tammy Abraham looks nothing like the player that he did last season, while Olivier Giroud is a player that will surely leave the club once the transfer window actually opens up in the next couple of months.

That is the one area that we are lacking in this season, and that is why they are not challenging for that Premier League title. But if he is backed in the transfer window, then we should add a striker to the attack.

It will just be interesting to see how much Tuchel will he handed in the transfer window.
