Guys here is the latest roundup of Chelsea news from out website, please enjoy and comment if needed!
Former Chelsea winger Jeremie Boga could be brought back to Stamford Bridge in the summer following his impressive form for Italian side Sassuolo this season.
We were heavily linked with a number of January moves last months, as speculation increased that Frank Lampard id desperate to spend some serious money and bring in a new defender, midfielder and forward to the side.
We have been linked with some of the games biggest and best defenders, but the independent has claimed that it could be a former star that arrives at the club at the end of the season, with reports Boga is back on the shopping list.
The 23-year-old made just one senior appearance for us before he joined the Serie A club on a permanent deal in 2018, but after watching him score six goals and contribute three assists in 22 games this season, Sassuolo club president Giovanni Carnevali indicated we have a buy-back clause for Boga and could decide to exercise it at the end of the season.
‘Chelsea can redeem him in June,’ said Carnevali to Goal.com’s Italian language website.
‘We have a great relationship with the club and we already met them before Christmas – also for other business.
‘We like to have what we have with Barcelona, to have a collaborative relationship.
‘They can take him back but we can also re-sign him, everything is open.’
Chelsea target Timo Werner may have stayed at RB Leipzig in January, but he has dropped a big hint that he is keen on a Premier League move this summer.
We served their transfer ban during the summer, appealed it at the beginning of the season and last month found out that they were once again be able to sign a few players in the January transfer window, especially as we needed a replacement for Olivier Giroud.
Giroud has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons over the past few months as he has shown his unhappiness at not being first choice at Stamford Bridge, with Lampard even admitting that he could let the Frenchman leave the club in the winter window.
[the_ad id=”164″]However, despite all the speculation and rumours suggesting that we were keen to nail down a move for Werner during the January window, and offload Giroud in the process, the Blues could now manage to secure any transfer deals.
But German striker Werner, who is rated as one of the hottest prospects in Europe, has dropped a massive hint that he is keen on a move to the Premier League at the end of the current season, he told Kicker: “I can generally imagine playing abroad one day, although I don’t have any specific club where I want to be.
“I am open for everything. I was over in America for a holiday recently and English football was on all of the time. That’s an exclamation mark for the Premier League.
“But there are also big, famous clubs and it would certainly be fun playing there.”
Chelsea should make a move for Wolves striker and Manchester United target Raul Jimenez.
The Red Devils suffered a setback in their pursuit of a top-four finish in the Premier League on Wednesday after they lost 2-0 to Burnley, with the United side struggling to create chances.
And with the Red Devils also picking up a number of injuries to the clubs first team players, there is a need from United to spend some serious money in the January window to improve the squad in key areas of the pitch.
And that has led to shock speculation in the media suggesting that United are willing to make a move for Jimenez, with the Wolves striker becoming one of the shock of the new Premier League season
Jimenez, 28, has 10 goals and six assists in the Premier League this season for Champions League hopefuls Wolves, and we believe that he could be a good buy for the us.
Look, we do not need to add a world class striker that will take the place of Abraham, they need a forward to come in and help the young Englishman out throughout the course of the season.
