Big striker has made decision about joining Chelsea this summer
Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic has reportedly made a decision about making a move to CHELSEA this summer window.
With the transfer window still open for the next few weeks – there has been plenty of talk that the club will need to sign a new striker to lead that front-line and Vlahovic is a man that the club wants.
It is believed that Juventus and the club are in talks over a deal for Romelu Lukaku – who wants out of the club, is keen on a move back to Italy and who could be part of a swap deal for Vlahovic.
WHAT IS THE LATEST –
However – the £215,000-a-week Serbia international striker is “reluctant” to make the move to the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners, according to TMW.
He is not keen on making the move to the English top-flight at this stage of his career and would much prefer to stay in Italian football, the reports suggests.
Amid all the speculation and the rumours – we have been warned about completing a swap deal for the £66 million valued star.
WHAT HAS BEEN SAID –
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, former Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor said: “I don’t see Vlahovic joining,
“I feel that if you struggle in the champions League and if you struggle in Serie A, you’re definitely going to struggle in the Premier League.
“The Premier League is the toughest league in the world.
“And if you’re struggling at Juventus, you know, you’re not going to make it in the Premier League for me, it’s going to be very difficult, as the defenders are only getting better and better.
“I know for a fact there’s no easy games in the Premier League, you’re not going to be guaranteed goals like the Serie A.
“So, I wouldn’t get him. I feel that Chelsea should be at the level, where they think do we want a player who Juventus don’t want, is that where Chelsea are at? CHELSEA are different level.
“They should be going and taking players like Moises Caicedo and maybe strikers other clubs still want.”
