Chelsea to hand Hudson-Odoi £100,000-a-week contract as Varane eyes English move after Real Madrid exit

Real Madrid star and Chelsea target Raphael Varane is reportedly keen on a potential move to the Premier League at the end of the season.

Varane has become a vital member of the squad at the Bernabue since being given his chance in the Madrid side by Mourinho, but there are reports that he fancies a fresh challenge after helping the Spanish giants win a number of trophies over the seasons.

We have been linked with a potential move for the Frenchman as we seek to bolster the defences at the end of the season, with reports suggesting they we prepared to splash the cash and try to tempt him away from La Liga.

And now Spanish publication AS has claimed that the Frenchman is eyeing up a move to the Premier League if he decides to leave the Spanish giants at the end of the current season.

Meanwhile, We are all set to offer Callum Hudson-Odoi a massive £100,000-a-week to ward off interest from the likes of Manchester United and Bayern Munich.

The 18-year old winger has been in the transfer headlines for all the wrong reasons over the past few months, as speculation increases that he wants to leave the club at the end of the season in order to gain the regular game time that he needs to develop.

German Champions Bayern Munich were desperate to acquire his services in the January window, but we  blocked his potential £35 million move to the Bundesliga as we hoped that he would sign a new contract and commit his long-term future with the club.

But the Daily Express website has claimed we are now ready to appease Hudson-Odoi’s worries over his future and offer him to contract to stay away from their rivals, with the reports suggesting it will be close to the £100,000-a-week mark.
