Tuchel is lucky ‘he has not been sacked yet’ Chelsea fans have been told

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has been lucky not to be sacked by Roman Abramovich this season according to Gabriel Agbonlahor

Regarded as one of the finest coaches in world football -Tuchel is a man that has already brought a Champions League trophy to the club in his first couple of seasons as boss of the Blues

However, this season has been a bit different as Chelsea have fallen further behind the likes of Man City and Liverpool and closer to the levels of Arsenal and Tottenham – as they will once again fail to secure a trophy

And after the clubs winless run stretched to three matches against Wolves on Saturday. – Agbonlahor has opened up and announced that Tuchel is very lucky to not have got the sack from Roman Abramovic

“I think that Chelsea have underachieved this season,” the former striker said on talkSPORT. “In any other season under Abramovich, Thomas Tuchel would have been sacked for this season’s performance.

“When you look at the quality players that they’ve got and the squad of players that they’ve got; [Hakim] Ziyech, [Kai] Havertz, [Romelu] Lukaku, [Christian] Pulisic; they’ve got so many top, top players and Arsenal’s win against Leeds, they’re just one point above Arsenal.

“Look at the squads of both Arsenal and Chelsea. Tuchel has been disappointing this season and he’s lucky to still be in the job, for me.”

Tuchel is one of the worlds very best coaches and a man that fans love – but he has looked a bit rattled in recent weeks and it is easy to see that he is becoming frustrated about the takeover of the club and what will happen next

He is very lucky that things outside of football is stopping him from getting the sack – but that is probably a good thing as fans would hate to see another world class coach leave and then have success somewhere else
