Chelsea star Christian Pulisic has now decided to stay at Stamford Bridge after holding ‘clear the air talks

The American star was hailed as one of the best and most exciting young wingers in world football – and his performances for Borussia Dortmund lead to Chelsea spending £58 million for the player

However – despite some decent performances in that shirt – Pulisic has not hit the heights that many had hoped for and has fallen further down the pecking order after the arrival of Raheem Sterling

That has led to some shock reports in the media which have claimed that he is ready to leave the club – and we are very much open to letting him leave Stamford Bridge if they receive the right offer.

However – after reportedly holding clear the air talks with Chelsea – Journalist Simon Phillips has opened up and claimed that Pulisic has now decided to stay at the club and fight for his place

Phillips told GIVEMESPORT: “I’m told Christian Pulisic is now likely to stay. That’s after conversations and clear the air talks.

“I think they involved his father, who has been involved in some interesting social media activity after last weekend.”

Pulisic is a player that can be devestating when he is on form – he really is a classy player that has been plagued by injuries since his time at the club

It will be a massive shame to see him depart the club and we are honestly hoping that he does stay – because we have only seen glimpses of what he is capable of
