Blues legend Terry wants Hazard to stay as Chelsea boss Sarri to make Seria A superstar Insigne move?

Chelsea legend John Terry wants Eden Hazard to stay at Chelsea next summer.

After failing to nail down a deal for the Belgian last summer, Spanish giants Real Madrid are reportedly keen to acquire the services of Hazard in a deal that could be worth around £100 million, as they seek to reinvent their side.

And Hazard, whose Stamford Bridge deal expires next year, revealed to French radio station RMC that he has made a final decision on his future and will reveal his decision to fans soon.

He said: “I know what I am going to do. I have made a decision.”

But with reports have put a massive £300,000-a-week on the table for the Belgian superstar to sign, former captain Terry, who made 717 appearances, has admitted that he hopes the talented winger will stay at the club.

The pair played together for five years in west London and won two Premier League titles, and during a Q&A session on his Instagram story, Terry was asked ‘Will Hazard stay?’ to which the Aston Villa assistant coach replied “I hope so”.

Meanwhile, Fresh reports have claimed Chelsea are lining up a move for Napoli star Lorenzo Insigne as a possible replacement for Hazard.

It is no secret that Hazard is all tipped to pack his bags and leave the club for a mega money move to Real Madrid, and the Blues have now started their search for an adequate replacement for their Belgian superstar.

We have already acquire the services of Borussia Dortmund star Christian Pulisic in a deal worth £59 million, but now reports on the TalkSport website have claimed Maurizio Sarri may reignite his interest in a deal for Insigne.

Sarri has been keeping a very close eye on Insigne and has added fuel to the fire that a move could be made in January, by announcing the £70 million rated star ‘is the best’ in Serie A right now, telling Football Italia: ‘Insigne is the best Italian player right now.

‘After Lorenzo, I’d put Federico Bernardeschi, who is on his way to soon becoming world class. I’ll add Federico Chiesa in third, as he is a pure talent, generous, dynamic: he has the capabilities of someone born to succeed, he just needs to work on refining.’
