Here is a roundup of the top Chelsea news, gossip and transfer latest from icchelseanews that we think you could have missed…
CHELSEA have reportedly opened the door for Raheem Sterling to join Fulham on loan this summer, as they seek to desperately get the former England International star off out the door this summer.
The club have been very busy this transfer window, they have spent over £200 million on bringing in new players to improve many areas of the squad and now look like a side that can challenge for that Premier League title next season.
However – the Blues also need to get a number of players off the books over the next few months, and Sterling is a player that Chelsea are reportedly very interested in letting go, According to The Athletic
They report that we are open to selling the 82-cap England international for £20m, less than half what they paid Manchester City for him three years ago. But progress on an exit has been slow, with no talks held between the club and the player, with his whopping £325,000-a-week wages set to be a problem.
However – CHELSEA have opened the door for Sterling to join Fulham, their London rivals are reluctant to meet the forward’s contract demands, but the Blues are now said to offered to subsidise his wages in order to secure him a move.

There are a few clubs interested, so Sterling will probably get a move away, but giving Sterling that massive contract to get him signed is why they cant shift him on a permanent basis.
We hope that a permanent move happens and not another loan.
HATO TO SIGN
Journalist Ben Jacobs has opened up and claimed that the signing of Jorrel Hato by CHELSEA could be announced in the next 24-48 hours, as the defender has already agreed personal terms.
Enzo Maresca has brought a belief back to the club that has now won two trophies in the last few months, and has also managed to build a squad that is one of the most enjoyable to watch in the English top-flight.
The club have multiple central defensive options already but the report claims that Axel Disasi could leave amid interest from Villarreal. The Blues are hoping to earn around £30m ($40m) if they sell the centre-back, who spent the second half of the 2024-25 season on loan at Aston Villa.
Per talkSPORT recently claimed that we have opened talks over a deal to sign Hato from Ajax as they seek defensive reinforcements this summer.
And the reliable Ben Jacobs, who is well connected at Chelsea, says that the Blue are “hoping to finalise” the deal “this week, as it has been claimed that a fee and terms have already been agreed.
“Deal advanced and potentially agreed in the next 24-48 hours,” the journalist said

The lad is very talented and definitely one for the future, this will surely be a great long-term investment for the club.
CHELSEA TO SEAL SIMONS DEAL?
The confirmed sale of Joao Felix to Saudi Arabia now means that CHELSEA will close in on the signing of RB Leipzig star Xavi Simons, a player the club have been working hard to sign over the past few weeks.
Felix is one of a number of players the club have put up for sale this summer along with the likes of Christopher Nkunku, Raheem Sterling and Nicolas Jackson.
By joining Al Nassr – in a deal worth around £44m – Felix will link up with his international teammate Cristiano Ronaldo in Saudi and will reportedly earn around the £400k-a-week mark.
And now that deal has been confirmed, we will look to wrap up the signing of Xavi Simons for the same kind of fee they have just sold Felix for.
Simons is no longer keen to stay in the Bundesliga, he wants to make that step up in the game and play for one of the big clubs, with many reports in the media claiming that a move to Stamford Bridge is one that he would like to make.
IcChelseanews Says…
If he is ready for the fight at CHELSEA, he would be a great signing, but Enzo Maresca is loyal to his players and the Dutchman will have to work very hard to make an impact.
He is a brilliantly gifted little player, and to be honest, will be a better buy than Joao Felix was. So even though he may not be 100 per cent needed, he is a player we would like to see sign.
