Jose Mourinho believes that Tottenham star Heung-min Son is good enough to be playing for the likes of CHELSEA.

Brought in the summer of 2015 – Son has developed into one of the best attackers in the Premier League and a man that can generate 20-goals a season for Tottenham – although those numbers may drop now Harry Kane is no longer there.

He was made captain of that Tottenham side once Kane departed for Bayern Munich last summer – and his goals this season have really got Spurs out of trouble on numerous occasions and in the hunt for European football.

Now – former Spurs boss Mourinho has opened up and claimed that Son is good enough to be paying for the likes of Liverpool, Man City or even Chelsea, who have been linked with a stunning move.

Mourinho told EA Sports FC Online (via The Evening Standard): “I look at Son as one of the best players in the world.

“Maybe Tottenham supporters, they are not going to be happy with what I’m going to say, it’s not of course disrespectful. He [Son] could win titles, he could play for the best teams.

“He could be playing in England for Man City, for Liverpool, for CHELSEA. It could be abroad, playing in one of the top teams.

“He has this modern mobility of the attacking players. He can play through the middle, he can play from the sides, can be wide, to come inside. Can be inside.”
