Possible £90 million signing to make Chelsea attack scary, Brazilian makes big Chelsea decision and Blues told Brazilian to be sold by Barcelona
Kane wants to leave Tottenham claim, Coutinho to be sold, Silva to stay in Chelsea latest….
Chelsea have been backed to complete a move for Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland this summer which will make their attack a “scary” proposition.
Regarded as one of the most deadly strikers in the game right now, the 20-year old old striker is tipped to go on and become the best forward in world football, if he makes the right move.
There has been so much interest in the man over the past few months, and WE are a club that are very interested in getting a transfer deal done as Thomas Tuchel knows that he needs to add another striker to that Blues attack.
Richards believes that landing Haaland would be the ‘icing on the cake’ for the Blues: “I think they’ve got absolutely everything. They’ve sorted out defensive problems, the only thing to add that little bit of icing on the cake would be a striker,” he told the BBC.
“They’ve got Werner in there, Havertz in there, it seems like they haven’t cracked that offensive aspect yet. If you put Haaland in this team, they’ll be scary next season.”
Look, we will have to pay some big money to get a transfer deal done for Haaland in the coming transfer window, but he would be well worth the money guys, he really would.
Chelsea defender Thiago Silva is set to sign a one-year contract extension at Stamford Bridge.
After deciding to leave PSG in the summer to seek a fresh challenge in the game, Chelsea made their move very quickly to try and convince the Brazilian icon to make the move to the Premier League.
And Silva, 36, signed a one-year deal at Stamford Bridge with the option of a second when he joined the club as a free agent last summer, a move that has been praised by many who believe that he has made that back-line alot more solid.
And according to recent reports, Silva wants to activate that option and we are expected to keep the experienced defender for another campaign, as Thomas Tuchel is eager to keep the player that he did not want to let leave PSG last season[the_ad id=”164″]
Many doubted the quality of Silva and whether he could still compete at the very highest level of the game, but he has come to the club and proven that he is still one of the very best central defenders in the game right now.
So if the reports are true and he now wants to make sure that he stays with the club, it is some great news for us, as there were a few rumours that a few clubs were eyeing up a possible deal.
Since his move to the Premier League, Silva has been a revelation in that back-line for the club, and it is easy to see just why he wants to stay, he is enjoying his football in the Premier League.
Philippe Coutinho has been in the transfer headlines alot lately, but the latest news will definitely put Chelsea on full alert.
Coutinho was one of the most gifted players in the Premier League with Liverpool and the Reds helped mould the Brazilian into one of the very best players in world football.
That ultimately led to him making that big money move to sign with Barcelona, a move that was supposed to make him an absolute superstar in the game. But for many reasons, he has failed to make the impact that many people had expected.
Mundo Deportivo says the Catalans want to avoid paying more money on his transfer and want to find a new home for him next season. They would ideally want to sell him, but they are also open to sending him out on loan.
We are not the only club linked with a move for Coutinho, as the likes of Liverpool, Tottenham and even Arsenal have all been mooted as possible destinations for the Brazilian should he decide to make the move back to the Premier League in the summer.
Thomas Tuchel does have a very good midfield, but when there is a chance to sign up one of the most creative players in the game, that is a chance that the club simply cannot miss out on.
He could be a real statement signing for Chelsea, should he get a transfer deal done.
However, do we really need to splash the cash to secure a transfer deal for the midfielder?
