Maurizio Sarri tells Chelsea and Hazard to get speculation sorted out!

Maurizio Sarri has urged Chelsea to get Eden hazard’s future sorted out sooner rather than later.

Hazard, who has netted ten goals this season for the club, is constantly in the transfer headlines as it seems that Real Madrid are desperate to sign him up at the end of the season and help rebuild a side that is looking awful at the minute.

He only has a year-and-a-half left on his current deal and we have been trying to get him to ignore interest from Madrid and commit to a massive £400,000-a-week contract, which would make him one of the highest paid players in the Premier League.

But Madrid are keen to land the little Belgian and some reports even suggested that they are prepared to offer Isco and Mateo Kovacic in a bid to get a deal done, with reports we will not accept anything less than £200 million for his signature.

However, Frustrated with all the speculation on the star man, Sarri has admitted he wants the club and player to solve the contract problem, so he can plan for the future.

He said on the Sky Sports website: “I think we have to solve the problem. If we want to plan the future, we have to solve this problem.

“I don’t know [what Hazard is thinking], but I think that it’s time to decide.”

However, Sarri said speaking to Hazard about his future was outside of his remit, explaining: “I have not the power to do this.

“I am the coach. I want to speak to him only about the position on the pitch.”

Can we get the Hazard situation sorted out?

This is a complicated one as Hazard has a desire to stay, but an even bigger desire to leave. So right now we should let him get on with playing and enjoying his football, and then open talks on a new deal when we can offer him more than a big contract.
