Neymar announces he wants Hazard link-up as Sarri tells Chelsea ‘i wants to stay’

PSG superstar Neymar has claimed that he would like to play alongside Eden Hazard one day, as both are linked with moves to Real Madrid.

Hazard has had one of his most productive campaigns this season and has netted an impressive sixteen goals, which has kept us in the hunt for a top four spot and a Europa League title.

However, despite his stunning performances and constant suggestions that he wants to hear nothing about his future, there has been reports in the media all suggesting that Hazard will be leaving the club at the end of the season and joining the Spaniards as part of their summer revamp.

But Neymar would love to see PSG make a move of their own and believes the pair would light up Ligue 1 if they were on the same team.

‘I would like to play with Hazard. He has a style similar to mine,’ Neymar told Fox Sports Brazil.

‘I think I could give it a try. We would cause havoc together!’

Meanwhile, Maurizio Sarri has opened up and announced that he wants to stay  beyond this season.

Sarri was brought into Stamford Bridge during last summer to bring the glory days back, as owner Roman Abramovic believed he was the man that would help the side challenge the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool for the Premier League title.

But the Italian boss has not taken to the English game like many had hoped and he will be lucky to qualify for a top four spot by the end of the season, with the lads Europa League run also their only chance of winning some silverware this season.

But the 60-year-old remains adamant he can deliver the success craved by the club, telling the Sky Sports website: “The Premier League is wonderful and I want to remain in the Premier League.

“I want to remain at Chelsea, because the level is very, very high.

“The atmosphere in the stadiums is really fantastic. And so it’s a wonderful championship. I’d like to remain here. I am sure that, in two seasons, we will be able to close to them [Liverpool and Manchester City].

“But I am not sure that, in two seasons, we will be able to be better than them. When I arrived in Naples, Napoli were, in the table the season before, 24 points from Juventus.

“In the first season we arrived to nine points from Juventus, second season to six points, third season to four points.

“For us it was impossible to cover completely the gap, but at the end of the third season, we were very close to doing it.”
