‘No Respect’! Sarri opens up and hits out at Bayern Munich over Chelsea chase for Hudson-Odoi

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri says Bayern Munich have lacked respect over their approach for 18-year-old Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Odoi is now considered one of the best talents in England and his performances have caught the attentions of German Champions Bayern, who see him as the next Jadon Sancho.

Reports in the media over the last weeks have claimed Bayern have made four bids to try and seal a deal for Hudson-Odoi this January, all which have been rejected by the club as we are keen to keep him at the club and help in his development.

With only eighteen months to go on his current contract, we are keen to nail him down to a new contract and eventually reap the benefits of how good he will become in the coming seasons.

And Sarri has opened up on the interest of Bayern, claiming they are being very unprofessional in the pursuit of Odoi.

He said on the Sky Sports website:

“I think that it’s not professional because they are talking about a player under contract at Chelsea.

“They didn’t respect our club, I think. I don’t know what to say, I do not know the situation. I am very, very happy with the player because the player is improving.”

Should the talented winger stay at the club?

The lad is a very talented winger and should stay at us as he will develop very nicely under the Guidance of Sarri. So he should ignore a move to Bayern and fight for a chance in the side as he may not get the game time he needs to even develop at the German side.

The best place for him is here, so Bayern should stop making offers as we have no intention of selling this month.
