Sarri opens up and tells Hudson-Odoi chance will be given if Pedro, Willian or Hazard sold by Chelsea
Chelsea must sell one of Pedro, Willian or Eden Hazard if they want to make Callum Hudson-Odoi a regular starter, announces Maurizio Sarri.
Hudson-Odoi is regarded as one of the most exciting wingers in world football and is tipped to become one of the best players in the Premier League, but there has been big speculation that he wanted a move to Bayern Munich, who reportedly made a £35 million offer during the January window.
[the_ad id=”164″]But after seeing the club get a transfer ban or the next two transfer windows, Sarri has admitted that one of his big players will have to go before he hands the talent a regular starting spot at the club.
“You need to understand in the same position we have Pedro, Willian, and Hazard,” Chelsea head coach Sarri said after the win against Malmo.
“We are using him in the right way at the moment, of course the 20 matches this season will become 30 in the next, 40 in two years, and I think also the club has to decide because if I’m the club and I want Callum on the pitch with consistency, I have to sell another winger.”

Hudson-Odoi is a class young player that NEEDS to be at the club for the next few years, so if the club are looking to offload one of the trio, then we should look to keep both Willian and Hazard, as the duo are two of the best midfielders in world football.
Pedro has been class for us, but he is coming to the end of his playing days and the chance should be given to the talent at the club, starting with Hudson-Odoi and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
It is a tough decision for Chelsea to make, but it needs to be made before he lose Hudson-Odoi.
