Hazard future message, Ramos to leave Madrid and Sarri on star man Eden in good morning Chelsea

Here is the morning roundup of Chelsea news, gossip and transfer speculation from IcChelseanews.com

Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has admitted that he is no rush to decide whether or not he is staying or leaving for Real Madrid at the end of the season.

Hazard has already scored 10 goals and provided nine assists in the Premier League this season and the Belgians performances have kept Madrid eyeing up a potential £200 million deal.

Recent reports even suggested that Madrid are so keen to nail down Hazard, that they are prepared to offer unhappy midfielder Isco and Mateo Kovacic as part of the deal.

But Hazard, who passed 100 goals for Chelsea in the 2-1 win over Watford on Boxing day, has insisted he is in no rush to resolve his long-term plans.

“To be fair, I’m just focused on the pitch, and we’ll see at the end of the season,” he said on the Sky Sports website.

“I don’t know why, maybe I’m just nearer to the goal. My position is winger. I feel better as a winger, but [against Watford] I did well as a striker, and against Brighton I did well as a striker.

“The manager chooses where to put me on the pitch and then I try to do my best.”

Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos may quit the club if Jose Mourinho is appointed their new boss.

Ramos was one of the big players which fell out with Mourinho during the back-end of his managerial career at the Bernabeu, and was also one of the players who were most relieved to see him get the sack.

He does not get on with the special one, and according to the Daily Express website, he will look to leave the club in the coming transfer windows if Mourinho is appointed boss.

And that could alert us to a possible deal, according to a few reports, as it is no secret that boss Maurizio Sarri is looing to delve into his transfer kitty to try and bring in an experienced, world class defender to help sort out our defensive issues.

We have one of the best attacks in the premier League and score goals for fun, but defensively we have looked very shaky and Sarri has been tipped to solve that issue during the winter window, with a whole host of players linked with the club.

Maurizio Sarri has urged Chelsea to get Eden hazard’s future sorted out sooner rather than later.

Hazard, who has netted ten goals this season for the club, is constantly in the transfer headlines as it seems that Real Madrid are desperate to sign him up at the end of the season and help rebuild a side that is looking awful at the minute.

He only has a year-and-a-half left on his current deal and we have been trying to get him to ignore interest from Madrid and commit to a massive £400,000-a-week contract, which would make him one of the highest paid players in the Premier League.

But Madrid are keen to land the little Belgian and some reports even suggested that they are prepared to offer Isco and Mateo Kovacic in a bid to get a deal done, with reports we will not accept anything less than £200 million for his signature.

However, Frustrated with all the speculation on the star man, Sarri has admitted he wants the club and player to solve the contract problem, so he can plan for the future.

He said on the Sky Sports website: “I think we have to solve the problem. If we want to plan the future, we have to solve this problem.

“I don’t know [what Hazard is thinking], but I think that it’s time to decide.”

However, Sarri said speaking to Hazard about his future was outside of his remit, explaining: “I have not the power to do this.

“I am the coach. I want to speak to him only about the position on the pitch.”
