Stunning Pulisic claim made, Tuchel wants trio, Haaland sends instant message and Koeman responds to Haaland in Chelsea latest…
Reports have claimed that Chelsea are lining up a trio of defenders to try and improve that back-line in the summer.
It is no secret that Thomas Tuchel has done a very good job since his move to the club just a few months back, and has not got this side playing the kind of football that many expected at the start of the season.
However, it is also no secret that there are key areas of the pitch that Tuchel would like to improve on when that window opens up, and A busy summer is expected in west London, with the club also eager to bring in a new centre forward, defensive reinforcements will also be sought, according to The Athletic.
Roman Abramovic gave Frank Lampard a ton of money in last summers transfer window to improve the attack and defence, but now the report claims Bayern Munich’s Niklas Sule and RB Leipzig’s Ibrihima Konate are two options being considered along with Uruguay international Jose Gimenez, a regular at the back for Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid.
All three players are rated very highly in the game and have been linked, and watched, by the club for some time now, if you believe the reports, so if Tuchel is the man to take the club forward, he wants to add a premium centre-back to the squad.
Ronald Koeman has addressed the ongoing rumours of a potential transfer to Barcelona for Chelsea linked Erling Haaland.
A number of potential next destinations have been mooted for Haaland as his stock continues to rise with each passing game, with Bayern Munich tipped to try and lure the Norway international away from Westfalenstadion, while Italian giants Juventus have also been credited with an interest in his services.
However, recent reports in Spain have suggested that the 20-year-old’s preference would be to make the move to Spanish football, where the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona are reportedly ready to swoop in and try and get a deal done.

“There is talk of signings but I don’t like it and I need to focus on tomorrow’s game and the players we have.
“We’ll talk in the next few weeks on where we can improve but I will not respond to players who are not ours.”
Look, there is no doubt that big moves will be made for Haaland in the transfer window, and it will be interesting to see just where he ends up. But we would love to see Haaland in the Premier League.

CHELSEA target Erling Haaland moved to ease concerns among Borussia Dortmund fans following his reaction at the end of the 2-2 draw with Koln.
Haaland has allowed others to talk about him rather than address speculation, and he has made no noises with regard to wanting to leave Dortmund this summer transfer window in search to challenge for the biggest honours in the game.
We have also reportedly identified Haaland as a target, along with French champions Paris Saint-Germain, as Thomas Tuchel wants to reportedly add another top-class attacker to his squad, who have failed to score the goals that he desires since he took over at the club
The Norwegian forward scored both of BVB’s goals, the second of which came in injury time, BUT Following the final whistle, Haaland took off his shirt and passed it to Koln defender Jorge Mere before walking straight down the tunnel.
In light of the speculation OVER THE PAST FEW WEEKS, his response at the final whistle of the Bundesliga clash on Saturday raised eyebrows – and it was perhaps telling that he was quick to respond.
Writing on Instagram , Haaland said: “Not a great result. We will use this as motivation to be back stronger!
“Thanks to all the Borussia Dortmund fans for your continued support. We’ll be back soon!”
Look, there is no doubt that big moves will be made for Haaland in the transfer window, and it will be interesting to see just where he ends up. But we would love to see Haaland in the Premier League.
We would love him at the Bridge.
