£150k-a-week winger is making summer transfer move after Chelsea deal agreed
Bayer Leverkusen have this morning agreed a loan deal with Chelsea for Callum Hudson-Odoi, according to Sky Sports News.
The English winger, 21, was considered one of the hottest properties in world football just a few years ago – and a player that was tipped to become one of the very best in the world
His performances even attracted the interested of German Champions Bayern Munich – who were ready to make him one of their highest-paid players at the age of just 18, but he signed a new contract at Stamford Bridge.
Many fans then believed he would go on and develop into that world class star at Stamford Bridge – but he has not reached nowhere near those heights yet – and struggles to even get in the starting eleven.
Now it seems that he is all set to complete a move to the Bundesliga after the Sky Sports website claimed that Hudson-Odoi – Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen have all agreed a deal for the winger
The 21-year-old winger will move to the BayArena for the season after the two clubs settled on terms regarding the temporary move.
The switch had been in danger of falling through over the weekend when the Blues rejected the Bundesliga club’s demand for an option to buy to be structured into the contract.
Hudson-Odoi has yet to feature for the club this season despite being named on the bench for the last three Premier League games

It has been seen in recent seasons that the best young English talents in the game leave the Premier League and make a name for themselves abroad – so a move away from the Premier League would be a great move for Odoi
It is a shame that he has to leave though
