Moises Caicedo ‘would jump at a move’ to Chelsea in the January window – Reporter Iomie Stanley has claimed amid speculation the Blues are keen on a deal

With the transfer window drawing to a close over the summer – there was a shock move from Chelsea to try and acquire the services of Caicedo -as the club to add some more depth to his squad

But – it has been claimed in the media that the likes of Chelsea are ready to delve into that transfer kitty and try to sign the midfielder in the coming windows – especially as Grahm Potter seeks to improve his side

However – Brighton are set to enter contract talks with Moises Caicedo as they look to fight off interest from other Premier League teams, according to The Mirror.

Brighton are determined to keep the Ecuadorian for the long-term but must resist the interest from the likes of Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea.

However – if you believe the words of Journalist Stanley- the midfielder is very keen to sign with the Blues in the coming transfer windows

He Said: “The player, himself, has said that he would love to play for Chelsea.

“When you’re saying things like that, it’s pretty clear that you would jump at the move if it came along.

“If Chelsea go in for him in the summer or even in January, it will be very interesting to see how he responds as it would be a massive opportunity for him to play for such a massive club

‘But he also has to make the right decision – as a move could ruin the developing he has been doing at Brighton.’
