Frenchman issues stunning statement as world class act linked with Chelsea move

Ex-Blues defender William Gallas believes CHELSEA have no need to explore the option of re-signing Mohamed Salah at the end of the season if he decides to leave Liverpool and not sign that new contract which has been talked about on a daily basis.
Salah has 15 goals in all competitions this season and is looking like the man most likely to win that Premier League golden boot, which has been picked up by Erling Haaland in recent seasons.
But there is still alot of speculation regarding the future of the attacker as clubs will be able to agree terms with the Egyptian for an end-of-season move in January, something that Liverpool fans do not want to see happen.
Obviously there has been reports that he could make the move to Bayern Munich, Barcelona or Real Madrid, or take the big money to Saudi Arabia, but there has been some shock claims that a move to Chelsea could be on the cards.
However – Gallas believes Chelsea have no need to explore the option of re-signing Mohamed Salah at the end of the season if he decides to leave Liverpool and not sign that new contract, he told Prime Casino: “I think Chelsea should reject the chance to sign Mohamed Salah as a free agent this summer, I think he would be a disruption on the squad.
“The current CHELSEA team are all learning and growing together and it’s working for Enzo Maresca. They are all part of a generation with no big egos, despite Cole Palmer being the focal point.
‘I think bringing in a player like Salah wouldn’t be good for the balance of the squad, despite his form in the Premier League and how it would weaken Liverpool.”
