It has been claimed that under-fire CHELSEA boss Mauricio Pochettino is being linked with a sensational move to Italian giants AC Milan.

Pochettino was brought to the club last summer in hope that he could get this very young squad playing the type of football that would be able to get the Blues back into the Champions League and challenging for that Premier League title.

However – it has not gone to plan for Pochettino this season and there has been alot of speculation in the media that if he does not get the club into Europe this season he will be getting the sack and replaced.

The Rossoneri are all set to part ways with their current manager Stefano Pioli as the Italian will leave San Siro after four and a half years at the end of the current season.

Now Calciomercato reports that the latest name that has been linked with the Serie A side is manager Mauricio Pochettino.

Pochettino recently stated that he does not know if he will be boss for next season – he said: ‘If I have one more year on my contract here, and no one says nothing, suppose that I am going to be here,’

‘We don’t know at the moment. I suppose I have one more year on my contract and that I am going to be here.’

And ESPN say Pochettino has been left completely in the dark over his future, with the CHELSEA board leaving him out of conversations about this summer’s transfer market and next season’s plans.

Pochettino has ‘no idea’ if he will remain at the club and wants guarantees that he will remain.
