Enzo Maresca OFFICIALLY confirms January Chelsea deal for midfielder could happen

Enzo Maresca admitted that CHELSEA could sell £30m summer signing, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, in January due to a dispute over his playing time, as the star has really struggled to make any real impact at Stamford Bridge since his move to London
After the arrival of Enzo Maresca at the beginning of the summer window – it was claimed that the Italian was very keen to bring Drewsbury-Hall to Stamford Bridge after a very impressive season at Leicester last year.
However, the move to London has not worked out for the player, He has clocked up just 43 minutes of Premier League action over three appearances this season, with only one of those – a six-minute stint at West Ham – coming since August.
While he has been given more opportunities in the Europa Conference League and the EFL Cup – he has frequently been left out of the Premier League squad in recent weeks and now looks set to leave the club.
Maresca has now admitted that CHELSEA could sell £30m summer signing – When asked about Dewsbury-Hall’s future, Maresca hinted at the possibility of a January departure but avoided providing a definitive answer.
“Unfortunately I can not say that about Kiernan or about all of the squad because when the window is open, anything can happen,” he told reporters. “The only thing I can say about Kiernan is that we are very happy with the way he is working and his performances.”

Drewsbury-Hall is a quality player – but he is just not right for us and if he does leave, we totally understand because he signed to play, not sit on the bench and watch his career pass him by.
