Madrid and Chelsea strike up early January deal as Spaniard to get fresh transfer move
Chelsea forgotten man Marcos Alonso is reportedly set to join Atletico Madrid in the January transfer window.
We are just a few days away from the opening of the January transfer window and there is alot of speculation in the media that the board will hand Lampard some funds in order to sign a few players that will finish off his spending.
And according to recent reports on the Independent, we were now in talks with Madrid to try and get a transfer deal done for the left-back.
The Spanish giants are looking to bring the 30-year-old in on an initial loan deal as Diego Simeone seeks to bolster his defensive ranks for the second half of the season.
And the reports says we are ready to sanction Alonso’s departure, with Ben Chilwell and Emerson Palmieri currently ahead of the Spaniard in the squad pecking order
Now reports have emerged which have suggested A fresh start in the Spanish capital awaits Alonso with a deal now struck between the two clubs, who will likely be at home in Simeone’s five-at-the-back system, which could free Yannick Carrasco to cover on the opposite flank for Trippier.
Look, Alonso has been a decent servant for the club over the past few seasons and we have enjoyed watching him play, but at the end of the day, he is done at the club and it is the best thing for him to move on.
If the reports are true and he is all set for a move away from the Bridge, we will wish him the very best of luck and hope that he gets to play alot of games for the Spanish giants in the coming months.
We hate to see top players sitting on the bench doing noting

alonso is better than emerson by far, seeing it vice-versa is an indication of d error dt is going on in chelses right now. Having knowledge is not enough but d application of it is key to success in any venture… We have players right now but no one understand how to use dm, no how to remove d dead woods
