Muller issues transfer message, Lukaku to Chelsea boost – Video and Haaland message sent in Chelsea roundup…

Chelsea have been sent a clear transfer message for one of their top transfer targets, as Erling Haaland is good enough to play for any club in the world, says his agent Mino Raiola.

The Norway international has scored 49 goals in as many games since the switch and is wanted by the best teams in Europe, with Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel a known admirer of the Dortmund star, who is currently valued at around £100 million.

Raiola is convinced Haaland would thrive at the highest level and says he could have gone straight to a top team instead of making the step to Dortmund.

“With Haaland, everybody was wrong. He did things much quicker than everybody imagined. Haaland is in front of his own development,” he told The Athletic.

“He is ahead of his own schedule. Maybe I was too careful when I said: ‘Oh no, let’s move to Dortmund instead of I-don’t-know-where’.

“This boy — I’m 100 per cent convinced and everybody’s convinced — can move to any club, wherever he wants, already on this level. And he could have done that last year. But maybe last year there were still teams [saying]: ‘Oh, he was in Red Bull, can he do it in another club?’.

“He is quicker than his own prediction. So yeah, Haaland is the talk of the town.

“I have the advantage of 25 years in the business at this level. I have changed the game, from an economical side, more than once. I don’t get excited any more about that kind of thing. I know to wait. This is a moment of waiting and seeing what is in the best interest of the player.

“Sometimes the best interest of the player is not to move when everybody says he has to move. And sometimes it is in the best interest of the player to move when everybody says he has to stay. So we will see what happens.”

Romelu Lukaku is a player that has been linked with Chelsea over the past few weeks, and not they have a chance to get a deal done.

While in the video below we also discuss the possible arrival of Martin Odegaard to the Bridge, and Harry Kane….so please watch…

Chelsea target Thomas Muller has admitted that he is open to following Thiago Alcantara’s path out of Allianz Arena, insisting he is “not fixed” to Bayern Munich.

Muller has appeared in 571 games across all competitions for Bayern, scoring 212 goals and laying on 210 assists. The experienced frontman has picked up 27 major trophies, including nine Bundesliga titles and two Champions League crowns.

The 31-year-old remains a key member of the squad, but he is refusing to rule out a transfer in the near future – citing Thiago’s 2020 move to Liverpool as proof that no one is bound to the club unconditionally.

“I’m not fixed to this club,” the Bayern forward told The Times. “I have a special relationship, I love Bayern before I started playing for them, but when there is a situation where you have to decide maybe to play for a different club it would be no shame and no problem at all.

“Maybe like with Thiago [Alcantara, now at Liverpool].”

Although there is no need for the club to make a move and try to acquire the services of Muller in the summer, Thomas Tuchel will make a move for the player should he feel that the Bayern star will add to his squad next season.

There is no doubt that Tuchel is lacking a proven goal-scorer in his attack, and although Muller is not the same player he was just a few seasons ago, he is still regarded as one of the most deadly strikers in world football.

And for the right money, he may actually be a decent signing for the club.
