Frank Lampard has been told that possible transfer signing Moises Caicedo could be better than Ngolo Kante and that he would be a wonderful signing

Caicedo has made 31 appearances for Independiente, scoring six goals. He made his international debut for Ecuador in October and has gone on to earn four caps since.

We have been heavily linked with a move for the young man as they watch his performances from a distance, due to the fact that COVID -19 is stopping the scouts from doing their job properly.

But that has not stopped reports in the media suggesting that we have already been in touch about a possible deal for a man, that South American expert Tim Vickery has hailed as a possible wonderful signing for the Blues.

“A year ago, he was talking about Kante of Chelsea being his role model and he is already more than that,” the South American football expert told talkSPORT.

“In say, a 4-2-3-1, he is like that second man in that line of two so he can defend, but he can also bomb forward. He’s timing his runs very well, he’s cool in possession and he seems to have the whole lot.

“I think he is a wonderful, wonderful signing.”

Lets see what happens with this lad as there is alot of talk about how far he can go in the game.

We do not really need to bring him to the club just yet and do have the option to keep a close eye on his development in football. So if the move is not made in the coming months, it is because he is not right for the club.
