Chelsea have received a huge boost to our chances of signing Boubacar Kamara after the midfielder announced he wants to leave Marseille after 16 years at the club.
The transfer window is now just a few months away and we will be lining up a number of players to try and challenge Manchester City for that title next season.
Kamara has been a bright spark in a turbulent season for OM this season and his performances ha led to alot of speculation in the media that the club are readying a £30-40 million offer in the transfer window, especially as they know his contract expires in summer 2022.
Thomas Tuchel is a boss that knows he needs to add something different to the squad in the transfer window, and it has been claimed that he has been keeping tabs on Kamara ever since his days as boss of PSG.
And As reported on RMC Sport, the 21-year-old revealed his desire to find a new challenge in his career which could potentially open an opportunity for the Blues.
‘I’d like to finish the season, there are five games left,’ he said. ‘Then I can relax and think about what is next. I’ve been a professional for four years and I’ve lived through everything here.
‘I’ve never felt this desire to leave, but I think I’m ready to go pretty much anywhere with what I’ve lived at Marseille.”
Again the lad is very good, but not the right kind for to the club to make if we want to win back that Premier League title next season.
