Bosnia star and Chelsea target Anel Ahmedhodzic has declared his desire to move to a top European side from Swedish team Malmo.

Despite spending a whole load of money in the transfer window and improving the squad enough to challenge for that Premier League title this season, there has been alot of speculation about the players that Frank Lampard will continue to bring into the club.

He knows that he needs to keep freshening up the squad and adding a bit more depth to certain areas of the squad, and that has led to speculation that he will look to try and sign a new defender in the next couple of windows, with Ahmedhodzic on the shopping list

After winning the Swedish title this weekend, there has been alot of speculation that we  have been keeping a very close eye on his performances and are now ready to make a £35 million transfer move.

And amid the speculation, he has opened up and revealed his desire to move to a top European side from Swedish team Malmo, he declared: “I feel absolutely ready.

“We will see what will happen during the holidays. Until there is something concrete, I am focused on Malmo.”

Ahmedhodzic is a player that we are not too familiar with as we do not watch Malmo on that many occasions, but if we are interested, then the lad must be putting in some impressive performances.

However, he would be a long-term signing and one that would not make an immediate impact on the side, he is probably an investment by the club

If the reports are true and we are keen on a transfer deal
