Chelsea in Hazard talks, Lukaku makes decision and Blues interested in Gnabry in Chelsea roundup…

Romelu Lukaku has reportedly made a decision about leaving Chelsea at the end of the season.

The powerful Belgian quickly established himself as one of the very best strikers on the planet during his time in Italian football, and that prompted the club to make a move abd bring him back to the club in a deal worth £98 million

But the Belgium striker has struggled in his first season back at Stamford Bridge. Lukaku has scored 10 goals in 28 appearances this term and was at the centre of controversy after admitting in an interview with Sky Italia that he was unhappy with his lack of game time at the club.

He was also in the headlines for the wrong reasons after only managing seven touches in 90 minutes during the Blues’ 1-0 win at Crystal Palace on Saturday, which resulted in him being dropped for their 2-0 Champions League win over Lille.

And now we have now learned that he is ready to quit the club at the end of the season as he is not happy at the club, they style of play and being back in the Premier League.

He knows there are options out there for him and is ready to consider a move to French or Spanish football.

However, amid all the speculation, Florent Malouda has urged Chelsea fans to be patient with Lukaku and has claimed that if given time he could become a club legend like Didier Drogba.

“One of the main qualities that Drogba had was his resilience and I think Romelu has this quality as well,” Malouda told Genting Casino.

“In terms of his potential, I think Lukaku is even more talented and gifted than Didier. At 18, Lukaku had already scored 50 goals and now he’s the leader of the Belgium national team.

“Lukaku is exactly the kind of player that we wish to have after Drogba. He is the perfect player to follow him, to follow Diego Costa. Chelsea need him. Chelsea didn’t have a player like him in the team since Costa.”

Malouda also backed the Belgium international to rediscover his form in the latter stages of the season, like Drogba often did and urged Chelsea fans to be patient with their club record signing.

He added: “I expect Lukaku to deliver and come good like Didier always did for the remainder of the season.

“The club won the Club World Cup last week. Who scored in the final? Romelu. How many chances did he have? Not many. He scored in the final, which is why Chelsea signed a player like him for a record amount of money, and he is paying that back.

“Of course, people will always speak about how he didn’t touch many balls and everything, but for him the most important thing is to be resilient and to focus on the opportunities he will have to prove himself.

“Didier was the same. When we won the Champions League, people have to look at the numbers, he did not play in many games. For Didier, that was a really difficult season, but every time, he showed up.

“I think any striker must also feel the confidence of the fans and the staff. He wants to feel the love of the fans, that they want him to succeed.

“Strikers can be very sensitive, but that is because they have the most important role in the team: scoring goals.”

Chelsea are discussing a loan deal with Real Madrid that could see Eden Hazard return to Stamford Bridge this summer.

Hazard was easily regarded as one of the top five players in world football after developing into a real star at the club, performances which earned him a mega money move to sign with Real Madrid.

However, despite his excitement, despite the hype over the move and despite many people believing that he would develop into the best player in world football, Hazard has endured an injury-plagued time in Spain and has not been able to rediscover the form he showed at Stamford Bridge.

That has opened the door to a whole load of speculation about his next destination, and The Belgian winger had been linked with a return to the Premier League in January transfer window as his well-documented struggles at the Bernabeu continue.

However, a move back to the Premier League did not happen as no deal for the player could be reached, meaning that Hazard has had to stay put for the remainder of the season.

However, according to Radio Marca, we are discussing a loan deal with Real Madrid that could see Eden Hazard return to Stamford Bridge this summer.

Hazard still has a couple of years left to run on that deal he signed to join Madrid, and with the club not looking to spend real money on trying to sign him, a loan deal is much more satisfying for both clubs

Hazard was a fantastic player for us during his time there and will go down as a real legend of the club, but it would have been a mistake to bring him back to the club and fans will probably not want him back

Chelsea are apparently interested in signing former Arsenal winger Serge Gnabry with Bayern Munich in the transfer window

The former Arsenal and West Brom winger, 26, has become one of the hottest properties in Europe since leaving the Premier League, having scored 59 goals and added 44 assists in 154 appearances for Bayern.

And that has helped them to win three Bundesliga titles, two DFB-Pokals and the Champions League during that period, but even though he has become a big part of the set-up at the club, there is alot of speculation surrounding his future

Gnabry is now in the final 18 months of his contract and the Bundesliga club are desperate to secure his services long-term, but Sky Germany are reporting that Bayern have so far failed to meet his salary demands – leading an array of clubs to begin circling.

Liverpool plus LaLiga’s Real Madrid and Barcelona are all ready to pounce at the end of the season, but now we have learned that the Blues have entered the race for the man

The German star is a player that Thomas Tuchels is reportedly very impressed with and we know that this could be their chance to sign up the gifted attacker

The club are missing a player like Gnabry in the squad, but guys if he does leave the Bundesliga giants, which we believe he wont, and the fact he wants to go to a side that is playing Champions League football and challenging for the biggest titles, we are an ideal fit.

But there is alot of interest in the man going into that summer window, so we will have to wait and see who he chooses should he decide to leave Bayern in that transfer window.

However, we would love to see him make the move to London
