£100 million Hazard Chelsea price set as £142 million Brazilian Coutinho to be signed?

Fresh reports have claimed Chelsea have targeted Phillipe Coutinho as the replacement for Eden Hazard.

Hazard has been an integral part of the side this season once more and is the main reason why they are still in the hunt for a top four spot, but he is widely tipped to pack his bags and head for Real Madrid in a deal worth around £100 million.

Madrid are in desperate need of adding a few world class players to their squads and have identified Hazard as the man they most want, especially since PSG will not let Neymar leave for anything less than £200 million.

But despite all a whole host of players linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, the Independent has claimed we will now step up our chase to sign £142 million rated Coutinho, who is struggling at Barcelona this season.

The Brazil international has struggled to make a huge impact at Camp Nou since his £142m move from Liverpool just over a year ago, and there has been a lot of speculation that Barcelona are ready to cash in at the end of the season and use the funds to land their top transfer targets.

Chelsea have reported set a £100 million asking price for star man Hazard.

With no new contract in sight between the club and the Belgian, it is widely expected that this will be his last season at Stamford Bridge, with a dream move to the Bernabeu high up on his agenda.

The Ballon D’or crown and a Champions League title is what he really wants, and although we are one of the best sides in world football, they cannot guarantee him the opportunity to win both.

Despite the fact that he will have just a year left on his contract, Chelsea reportedly want over £100m to allow Hazard to leave, according to the Metro website.

We have reportedly offered Hazard a whopping £300,000-a-week contract to stay at the club, but he has so far refused that deal and has recently admitted that he has made up his mind about whether or not he will stay or go.
