A decision on the future of Chelsea target Erling Haaland is expected in the ‘next few weeks’, Borussia Dortmund’s CEO has claimed.

Haaland is a man that is in the headlines on a daily basis, as he is being linked to all the world biggest clubs after developing into one of the best strikers on the planet right now

And it is no secret that we see him as the idea signing to come in and help the club start winning that Premier League title once again, but have so far failed to convince him to make the move to Stamford Bridge

It is no secret that Romelu Lukaku has not been as impressive at the club would have liked and there has been alot of rumours in the media which have suggested that he could leave the club, or be pushed out at the end of the season

Haaland is under contract until 2024 but is expected to move on this summer as sides continue to circle for his signature, especially as he has a £64 million clause in his contract in his current deal.

Now, Issuing an update on the situation, Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke said: “I’m sure that will be sorted out in the next few weeks.

“It will take maybe a month, maybe six weeks.”

We would not be surprised to see Haaland makes that move to Barcelona or Real Madrid in the summer, as they are a top club. But it would be a shame to not see him in the Premier League, it would really test his ability

Until he actually moves, we will be linked, so lets see where he ends up guys as the club have the financial power to give him the kind of wages that he reportedly wants at the end of the season
