Powerful Bundesliga star on way to Chelsea – representative in London for talks
RB Leipzig’s Josko Gvardiol is reportedly a player that is all set to follow Jules Kounde to Stamford Bridge in the transfer window
Tuchel announced last month that Antonio Rudiger will be leaving the club at the end of the season when his contract expires after failing to agree new terms with the German star
He is now all set to make the transfer move to sign with Spanish giants Real Madrid, who have reportedly agreed a massive £200,000-a-week four year deal with the defender they have wanted for a few seasons
We are also set to lose Andreas Christensen, who has reportedly agreed a move to Barcelona as a free agent this summer, while there is still speculation regarding the future of Captain Cesare Azpilicueta.
Now – Croatian outlet 24Sata claim Gvardiol’s dad Timohir flew to London to discuss a possible summer movie with Stamford Bridge chief Thomas Tuchel.
Gvardiol is a player that Tuchel has been impressed with ahead of a possible transfer move for the powerful defender.
They sent scouts to watch him personally on at least two occasions and have continued to monitor him from afar with their video and data-driven scouting systems.

We do not know much about Gvardiol, but his stats speak for themselves and he could be a very good option for Chelsea to make a move and try to sign
That back-line will look totally different for the start of next season and it will be interesting to see how these two highly-rated defenders can cope in the Premier League
