Germans OFFICIALLY confirm they are letting Chelsea target leave

Borussia Moenchengladbach confirmed that CHELSEA are free to try and sign Marcus Thuram as he will be leaving the club at the end of the season.
Having started the new season in fine fashion – Graham Potter is eyeing up a number of possible targets that could make an impact on the side and help take the club to another level
And Thuram is a player that the club can get for Free. The 25-year-old has been making a real name for himself over in the Bundesliga – is a full French international and is a player that has the physical attributes to make an impact on the Premier League.
The attacker was linked with a move away from Gladbach in January after impressing at the World Cup with Qatar, but a transfer didn’t materialise. but the German club missed their last opportunity to bring in any cash for Thuram as he has not agreed a new deal and will be moving on in the summer.
Manchester United, Chelsea, Atletico Madrid, Arsenal, Newcastle and Liverpool were all mentioned as interested parties, while Inter Milan have also been touted and Barcelona are also keen.

Gladbach’s sporting director Roland Virkus told Sport1: ‘We’ve decided to allow Thuram to leave. The fact he will leave on a free is not a positive situation. I can’t sugarcoat it.
‘We have to accept that there are bigger clubs he might move to.’
It is certainly a blow for the Bundesliga side as Thuram is enjoying the best season of his career, scoring 11 league goals so far and 14 in all competitions.
