Frenchman Confirms He Plans On Being A Chelsea Player In January
CHELSEA defender Benoit Badiashile has expressed his desire to remain with the club following recent speculation linking him with a possible departure during the upcoming transfer window in January.
Badiashile was one of the players that the club spent some money on a couple of transfer windows ago to hopefully help improve that back-line – who have been conceding far too many goals over the past few seasons.
However – the move to the Premier League has not quite worked out for the defender and he has been unable to hold down a steady place in that Chelsea side over since his move to the club, and now a decision has been made on his future.
Foot Mercato recently claimed we are now willing to entertain offers for Benoit Badiashile, who only arrived in January of 2023 for a reported £35m, as they wants to get his massive £150k-a-week wages off the books.
There has been interest in the defender from AC Milan but it is also said that Saudi Arabian clubs could come in for him.
But the French defender has emphasized his commitment to succeeding at Stamford Bridge: “Of course, I want to stay. CHELSEA is a big club. I know it’s difficult to succeed here. But I will do my best,” he said.
