Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing French midfielder Eduardo Camavinga.

Now, we have spoken a number of times about the reports that Thomas Tuchel is keen to delve into that transfer kitty and add a few players to the squad in order to get them back into winning that Premier League title

Regarded as one of the finest talents in world football right now, Camavinga is already a full French International and is tipped to go on and become one of the best midfielders in world football.

The latest reports have claimed that Tuchel is keen to make a move for the young man, but that £100 million asking price may rule them out of a possible deal this summer, yet that has not stopped reports that the club  have made their move

Now, according to French journalist Julien Laurens, the Blues could be one of the options the Rennes star could end up at this summer if he leaves the French club.

‘It’s a huge opportunity for those four clubs, but I don’t think Real Madrid are really in it,’ Laurens said about the clubs that are keen on Camavinga. ‘So, we’re probably looking at Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Manchester United.

‘There has been no offer from these clubs, but they have all been talking to Camavinga’s agent.’

The report also states that Chelsea have a good relationship with Rennes, the club where Edouard Mendy arrived from last season.

‘Petr Cech is a huge fan’ Laurens added. ‘And of course, he came from Rennes and still has a lot of friends there.’
