Fans have been told that Thomas Tuchel is looking to complete the dream signing of Juventus star Matthijs De Ligt
The fact that a number of players are already gone – with a few more expected to leave the club should the right offer come in – and Tuchel will need to sign some top-class players over the next few months
And that has again led to many reports in the media which has suggested that we are lining up a move for De Ligt after learning that he is having trouble agreeing a new contract with Juventus
The latest reports on the Sun website have claimed that De Ligt is the ‘dream signing’ for the club – but the club know that they will have a very hard time trying to get Juventus to let him leave this summer
Amid all that Speculation – Journalist Dean Jones has come out and claimed that De Ligt is the dream signing for Tuchel this summer – but he could ultimately cost too much money
He told GiveMeSport: “I definitely think it’s feasible (Chelsea signing another centre-back after Kounde). De Ligt has always been the dream signing, but it’s very difficult to do; it would cost so much money.
“He’s also earning massive money at Juve, and I don’t think they are especially keen to lose him. I think if someone was to offer stupid money, then they might consider it.”

De Ligt would be perfect for the club and a world class addition to the side – and Ted Boehly should know that money talks and if he offers the right amount of money – he can get any player he likes
