Hakim Ziyech opens up and names three players he is excited to play with at Chelsea
Hakim Ziyech has named three Chelsea players he is especially looking forward to playing alongside.
The 27-year-old finally made his league debut in the 3-3 draw with Southampton after recovering from injury and is expected to have a massive impact at the cub after making a real name for himself with Dutch Champions Ajax.
He joins a hugely talented forward line following Frank Lampard’s summer splurge, in which he spent over £200 million on the likes of Timo Werner and Kai Havertz and Ziyech has now opened up and announced the three players he is looking forward to playing with.
Reported by the Metro, Ziyech said: “I have two different options, maybe three, depending on what the coach thinks. For me, it doesn’t matter where I’m playing.
“Kai [Havertz] and Timo [Werner] are two big talents and they have already proved that in the past with what they did at their previous clubs.
“Christian [Pulisic] is also one of the biggest talents. They all have a lot of quality and Christian has been here longer than us. You have seen what he is capable of doing on the pitch. He’s just a crazy winger.
“For me, it’s really exciting to work with them and I don’t care where I play on the pitch.”
Look, we spent alot of money over the transfer window signing players like Ziyech, who has proven himself as one of the very best in the game and we are excited to see all these players next to each other this season.
He will be a great signing for the club and we are just excited that he chose to make the move to the Bridge.
