Brilliant la Liga star would WANT Really Big Wage to join Chelsea

It has been claimed that CHELSEA target Nico Williams would ask for a really big wage to leave Athletic Bilbao this summer transfer window.
The club have already been busy this transfer window and have added Toby Adarabioy and Estevao Willian to the side – although the Brazilian will not be coming to Stamford Bridge until 2025 because he is only 17-years of age.
But the board are expected to keep on spending over the next few months – and have been linked with a move for the impressive Nico Williams – who is now regarded as one of the most exciting young attackers in the game and a player that has been tipped for a big move.
Here’s everything being said right now. Ben Jacobs says that the situation with him is still the same. “His release clause, understood to be over just over £45m, is viewed as good value by potential suitors.
“However, total cost, including high wages, makes a deal difficult. Barcelona, Arsenal, CHELSEA and Liverpool have all looked at Williams. He’s been excellent at Euro 2024 but may still need to lower his wage if a move is to happen.”
Romano has since added: “The transfer fee would be over £50.7 million with taxes, and Nico Williams is already on a big wage and would ask for a ‘really important salary’ to leave.
“Chelsea won’t do ‘anything crazy’ for Nico Williams.”
