South American attacker ‘has completed Chelsea medical’

Deivid Washington has now reportedly completed his medical at CHELSEA before becoming the Blues’ latest signing.

The club have been very busy in the transfer market this summer and have signed a number of exciting talents that are heavily tipped to become some of the very best in the game.

And former Gremio schoolboy Washington is said to be keen on the move after the club have shown a real interest in getting a deal done and adding him to the squad in the future.

WHAT IS THE LATEST – 

Sky Sports report the player is now finalising the transfer and the 18-year old is set join the London giants from Santos, although it’s unclear if he will remain with the first team, stay with the youth side or head out on loan.

Washington is set to cost the club an initial £13.6million, which could rise beyond £15m.
