Chelsea told Striker signing will cost club over €100 million

Sporting won’t sell Victor Gyokeres for less than €100m in the summer window – the likes of CHELSEAhave been informed.

Gyokeres has scored 36 goals in 40 games for Sporting and is one of the form attacking players in European football this term, with many reports in the medcia suggesting that he could be sold in the coming transfer window.

Europe’s elite are queueing up to prise the Sweden international away from Lisbon after his stunning start to life with Sporting, and we are one of the clubs that are desperate to delve into that transfer kitty and add a 30 goals a season forward to that attack

Portuguese football expert Pedro Sepúlveda on Sky Sports News:

“Both Arsenal and CHELSEA are going to look for a striker in the summer. Viktor Gyokeres is the best player in the Portuguese league.

“He has 36 goals in 40 games and 13 assists. These numbers are incredible all around Europe, I’m sure every team would want a 25-year-old striker with these numbers.

“Sporting won’t sell him for less than €100m. I cannot guarantee it will be an English club but I’m sure one club from Europe will pay €100m.”
