CHELSEA have been told that possible January signing Rayan Cherki is one of the most skilful players around and could be a brilliant addition to that Blues squad, according to reporter Iomie Stanley

Cherki is a man that is now on the agenda of the Chelsea board – as he fits the criteria of being one of the most exciting young players in the game that has the ability to develop into one of the best stars in the game.

Aware of Cherki’s contractual situation, According to Foot Mercato, the 7-time Ligue 1 Champions have set an asking price of €30m — although they are hoping for a higher fee for a promising young talent.

Reporter Iomie Stanley said: “Skill-wise, one of the most exciting and talented players in Europe right now.

“He’s unbelievable for a 20-year-old. The guy can do everything. And has the potential to go on and become one of the best in world football.

“He needs to learn when he has to get rid of the ball, it’s always half a second too early or half a second too late. It’s that rhythm that he needs to learn.

“I have no doubt that he’s going to improve and I think he will get better. he is just the type of player that Chelsea are keen to sign and take to that next level over the coming seasons.

CHELSEA need experienced players after investing in so much talent – but there is no doubt that Cherki would be an outstanding signing that fans would love.”
