Bayern Munich have accepted that Alphonso Davies could leave the club on a free, amid CHELSEA and Real Madrid links.
Alphonso Davies is a player that has the ability to play in a number of positions, and has been on the radar of the club for quite a few seasons, but they have never been able to get a transfer deal done.
However Davies is open to leaving Bayern Munich in the coming transfer windows, a year before his contract expires, and Bayern are open to letting him leave the club.
According to Sky Sports Germany, the Bavarian giants have acknowledged that Davies may leave as a free agent in the summer of 2025 if no agreement is reached, as the two parties have not yet found common ground on a contract extension
The German giants have reportedly give the defender an ultimatum over a contract extension – which has not kept his agents happy – and it seemed that a move away from the club may be on the cards for the star,

It is no secret that Enzo Maresca will need to add add a bit more experience to the side when the transfer window opens up and would like to add a proven – versatile and world class player like Davies to the side.
Madrid may not be open to the idea of paying that amount for the defender in January – but if the club are and if they do manage to get a transfer deal done for the player – he could be a brilliant signing for the Blues.
COLE PALMER OFFER TO BE MADE?
Graeme Souness ‘would not be surprised’ if Real Madrid made a stunning £150m bid for CHELSEA star Cole Palmer, who has become one of the best attackers in the Premier League over the past couple of seasons.
The highly talented 22-year-old attacking midfielder, has rapidly made a name for himself at Stamford Bridge since his move from Manchester City in 2023 and is the man at Stamford Bridge that Enzo Maresca will really rely on over the next 12 months.
He has recently signed a massive new contract at the club – but Whether he actually stays at Chelsea for a decade remains to be seen and Souness believes he could emerge as a target for Real Madrid next summer.
‘I’m sure there are other players Man City could have cashed in on,’ Souness told the Daily Mail.
‘CHELSEA paid £40m for Palmer but if Real Madrid come knocking next summer and he is still at the level he is showing, I would not be surprised if they got an offer of £150m for him.
‘He’s a young man, so we’re going early on this call, but if this is Palmer’s level and he can be consistently this good, he’s going to be a top man.
‘He has got silky skills, athleticism and a fabulous football brain. There’s simply nothing to dislike about him. He’s 22. At that age, no one ought to be that good.
‘I like his temperament, too. You can read a lot into a player from their reaction when they score, and Palmer doesn’t go mad when he finds the net.
‘He seems to have a really sensible head and he looks to have had a really good football education – which you would expect at the modern Manchester City.’
MUDRYK TRANSFER MESSAGE SENT –
Pundit Jason Cundy has opened up and claimed that CHELSEA should look to offload Mykhailo Mudryk on a loan basis as the winger has failed to live upto expectations at the club and may struggle to get the game time he needs.
Maresca has frequently shown frustration with the winger on the pitch, and his performances have not warranted a start in any meaningful games as of yet, and now Jason Cundy has claimed that he thinks it would be best off if Mudryk was loaned out to adjust to life at the top level.
He said to TalkSPORT: “I think he has got to go out on loan. I don’t see a place for him at the moment. He’s now behind Sancho, he’s behind Neto, he’s behind Noni Madueke. He’s way down that pecking order for me. I don’t see a player in there because you know you have got football IQ.
“Rapid, but at times I feel as though the pace, his feet are too quick for his brain, he can’t quite adjust quick enough. He has got so much under the bonnet, but boy, does he disappoint.”
Manager Enzo Maresca has been speaking about Mykhailo Mudryk’s lack of football so far this season.
When asked why Mudryk hasn’t started many games this campaign, Maresca said: “I think Misha played from the start against Wolves in the Premier League. We gave him some games.
“They all want to play from the start but sometimes it is not possible.
“Against Barrow, Misha did very well. I think when he was inside, he was okay. Hopefully he can do a good game tomorrow.
“We can say exactly the same for Nkunku. The club signed him as a big player and at the moment, he is not playing in the Premier League.
“But things change quickly in football. Right now, the situation is this but it doesn’t mean it will be the same for all of the season.”
He continued: “I don’t think with Misha it is a lack of confidence.
“It’s Misha and he needs to improve something, like the rest. But we are happy with the way he is working.”
