Chelsea ‘to watch’ £105M target at World Cup

Chelsea will be keeping a close eye on Portugal forward Rafael Leao during the World Cup, says journalist Pete O’Rourke.
With Blues boss Graham Potter looking to add some serious quality to that attack in the coming transfer windows – there has been alot of speculation that the Premier League giants are keen on Leao
AC Milan are reportedly preparing themselves for big-money offers in the region of £105million for their star man in January – and it seemed that Chelsea were the only serious contenders for the winger
Man City have entered the chase to try and sign the gifted attacker – however – so the club will now have the best side in England competing for the services of Leao – if you believe the reports.
Now – amid all the speculation O’Rourke has opened up and claimed that we will be keeping a close eye on the Milan star during the World Cup in Qatar.
Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, the journalist said: “I’m sure they’ll be keeping a close eye on him during the World Cup, and if he does really well for Portugal, Chelsea will be very keen to bring him to Stamford Bridge.
“But on the flip side of that, it will probably only increase his price tag as well if he does have a good World Cup with Portugal.”
