Real Madrid winger Eden Hazard has admitted that Christian Pulisic now at the right club to fulfil his potential.

After months and months of speculation, Hazard finally decided that now was the time to depart  and make his dream move to Madrid in a deal that will cost around £130 million for the Spaniards, ending a seven year association with the Blues.

That has led to many suggestions that Pulisic was signed last January as an immediate replacement for the Belgian, especially as the American International is the same kind of player as the Belgian and plays in the same kind of role.

‘He can be one of the best in the future for sure,’ he told The Associated Press

‘He can be (a star). Now he’s at one of the best clubs in the world. He’s a proper player. He can play football.’

He added: ‘When you play football, it’s a dream to, first, be in FIFA and then to be on the cover. You want to play more often because you’re on the cover.’
