Werner hailed by Ballack, Bale told to leave Real Madrid and Chelsea told to make sure they sign Havertz in icchelseanews roundup..

Michael Ballack has hailed Chelsea new boy Timo Werner after his move to Stamford Bridge

Werner is regarded as one of the finest and most exciting talents in the game right now and is expected to bring at least 30-goals a season to this side, who have been lacking a world class striker for some time now.

He has already arrived at the club and has already done some light training to get himself ready for the start of the Premier League season in just a few weeks time, and many are expecting big things from him.

The little German had an incredible season with Bayer last season and managed to net an impressive 34 goals in just 45 appearances, making him one of the most deadly strikers in Europe right now.

And after seeing Werner make the move to the Bridge, Ballack told Sportbuzzer: “He has an incredible speed, is direct and has force.

“The package Werner and Chelsea fits.

“For Werner, the move is a step forward because Chelsea have different ambitions than Leipzig.”

Michael Ballack has encouraged Chelsea to complete a deal for Kai Havertz this summer.

Now look, we all know that we have made the Havertz signing their number one target this summer as Frank Lampard is reportedly keen to add him to the attack ahead of next season.

All reports in the media suggest that a deal has been agreed with the player, but we have so far been unable to agree the fee that will allow the German to make that move to Stamford Bridge.

But amid all the speculation, Ballack has opened up and urged Frank Lampard to make sure that we manage to secure a deal for Havertz, a player that he could help develop over the next few seasons.

He told Sportbuzzer: “I firmly believe that Frank Lampard would be 100 per cent behind Kai Havertz.

“He likes players who are very dangerous in front of goal and there aren’t many of those.

“Havertz is a player that Frank Lampard would help further, not least because he himself was a midfielder with an eye for goal, who was always moving into dangerous areas, looking to finish off a chance.”

Rio Ferdinand has urged long-term Chelsea target Gareth Bale to leave Real Madrid, so that fans can witness his “generational talent” again.

Bale has enjoyed seven trophy-laden years at Real since joining from Tottenham for a then world-record £85m in 2013, but there has been alot of transfer speculation in the media which has been suggesting that he will be leaving Madrid in the summer window.

And now that he is seemingly done at the Bernabeu and not getting any game time, and although we are no longer interested in the player, Ferdinand has urged the former Tottenham player to leave the Spanish giants this transfer window, The BT Sport pundit said: “If you look at it in terms of trophies, he’s won a phenomenal amount of trophies and will go down as as one of the most successful imports they’ve had.

“But there’s no doubt one thing that’s happening, we’re being denied a generational talent here. We want him out on the pitch to perform and play.

“We’ve seen what he can do in finals, and in big moments he’s scored great goals. Defining moments in big games, but we’re not being allowed to see him play, and that’s the frustrating thing.

“You almost want him to come out and say it. You’re begging for him or the club to come out and make a big statement.

“He’s got to just come out and make his point.

“I think its time now, really. Either cut your ties with Real Madrid or at least go on loan.

“Make a deal happen somewhere to get out on the pitch and play football.”
