Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has reportedly ordered the January signing of Manchester United target Milan Skriniar.
With possible sanctions against the club just around the corner due to their transfer activity of young players, Sarri is reportedly ready to splash over £200m in the January transfer window to bring in a world class defender and world class striker.
Despite our great start to the new season, the likes of David Luiz and Antonio Rudiger could mess up at anytime, while Alvaro Morata and Oliier Giroud have only managed seven goals between them this season, meaning we need to improve in key areas to be serious title contenders.
And the Sun website has claimed Sarri ‘is not satisfied’ with his back-line and has ordered the club to delve into their transfer kitty to acquire the services of Skriniar from Inter Milan.
It is no secret United boss Jose Mourinho is also looking to do a deal for Skriniar in the January transfer window and has put Skriniar high up on the shopping list after being impressed with the Milan star over the last few months, but with the Red Devils hierarchy not willing to hand the special ones the funds to complete this kind of deal, we are now leading the chase for his signature.
Skriniar is reportedly frustrated at the fact Milan will not meet his wage demands and could push for a move away if a deal is not sorted out soon.[the_ad id=”238″]
Could he be a good signing for us?
Now it is not everyday that we can say that we are still unbeaten with just a few weeks to go until the January transfer window, and it puts us in a strong choice to regain Champions League football next season, But to overtake City we need to sign players of the quality of Skriniar.
The young defender in dominating in Serie A and has all the attributes needed to be a huge success here at Stamford Bridge. So if Sarri does seriously want to get a deal done, he best move fast as United will not be the only club chasing a winter deal.
