Chelsea make £500,000-a-week decision about superstar target

Chelsea are now prepared to make a move for Cristiano Ronaldo if Manchester United terminate the striker’s contract.

Ronaldo is a player that has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons this season and is once again tipped to pack his bags and Leave Manchester United in the next transfer window

The 37-year-old hit out at Erik ten Hag and the club’s hierarchy in an interview with Piers Morgan.

United are now exploring the option of terminating Ronaldo’s contract with reports suggesting club lawyers believe his actions are enough to consider it a breach of his contract, which is worth in excess of £500,000 a week.
