Christian Pulisic will discuss his Borussia Dortmund future in January amid reports Chelsea are lining up a massive £88 million move.

The gifted 20-year old American has reportedly caught the attentions of Blues boss Maurizio Sarri over the last few weeks with the Italian looking to bolster his attack in the coming transfer window, as he seeks to push on from a great start to his new life in London.

The Italian is keen to add width and a bit-more creativity to the side,  something Pulisic would add if he made the move to Stamford Bridge in the coming transfer windows having established himself as one of the best talents in the Bundesliga for Dortmund over the last few seasons.

And amid speculation we are ready to splash close to £88 million to acquire his services, Pulisic has now announced he will consider his future when the January transfer window open up in the next few weeks.

“I’m still focused on Dortmund. We are doing great this season,” Pulisic told NBC Sports.

“Once the break comes [in January], that is always when I will have to discuss with Dortmund and see about my future.”

Is it the right time to spend big and land Pulisic?

Now we have one of the best attacks in Europe and can cause teams problems in the blink of an eye, but if Pulisic is considering leaving the German side in the January window, then It could be a foolish decision to let him sign for another club, as the young man as bags of talent.

And considering many believe he could be the long-term replacement for Eden Hazard, he could spend a few months learning from the Belgian before Hazard leaves for Real Madrid, unless we can convince him to stay.
