Here is a roundup of the top Chelsea transfer news and gossip that we think you guys may have missed today –

Denzel Dumfries says he is happy at Inter Milan but admits his dream is to one day play in the Premier League, with the likes of CHELSEA linked with moves.

The Inter defender is currently playing at Euro 2024 with Netherlands, but has one year left on his contract at the San Siro and there has been alot of transfer speculation about where he could end up over the next few months.

And although Dumfries has stated that he is happy at Inter – the club will be buoyed by the defenders latest comments – and may make a move once the Euros are over and there is more of a chance of holding talks.

He was quoted on Sky Sports: “I think my future is still here, yes. Inter is a great club and I am in love with it, I really feel at home here, like family. We’ve been discussing my contract renewal for a while now, but the club had some economic difficulties.

“As everyone knows, there has now been a change of ownership. During the Euros or even after, we’ll see what happens.

“It is no secret that I would like to play in the Premier League, as I love that league and my style of play is suited to the English game. But I am blessed from God by being able to play for Inter, where I won six trophies in three years. As I said, this is my home and my family is happy in Milan,” continued Dumfries.

“I could never leave Inter just to make a ‘dream’ come true. My blood is Nerazzurri, this is my family! I don’t want to leave.”

CHELSEA have already offered €40m (£33m) for Atletico Madrid star Samu Omorodion nit has been claimed in the media.

It is no secret that the board are still looking to buy the best young players in the game over the next few months and bring them to Stamford Bridge – with a host of stars linked.

20-year-old Spain U21 international Omorodion  has only been with Atletico Madrid since moving in 2023 from Granada and his contract runs out in June 2028, having spent last season on loan at Deportivo Alaves, netting nine goals and providing one assist in 35 appearances.

According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, we have already offered €40m (£33m) for Atletico Madrid star Samu Omorodion in a ‘sudden raid’ on the club.

It’s said Atletico value him at €80m (£67m) but it’s unlikely the club will be willing to splash out that kind of money on someone like Omorodion given their chase for Michael Olise and an experienced striker

It is reported that Matthijs De Ligt’s agents have spoken to CHELSEA about a move away from Bayern Munich this summer transfer window.

The 25-year-old has struggled for game time at Bayern Munich this season and that has led to alot of speculation in the media suggesting that Bayern may be open to the idea of letting him leave this January window.

We have been linked with a move for the Dutch defender over the past few months, but were recently knocked back after former boss Thomas Tuchel revealed that the big man would no be leaving in the winter window.

However – the Sky Sports Germany have claimed that Bayern may be open to letting De Ligt leave the club this transfer window – when they will have more of an opportunity to find an immediate replacement for the Dutchman.

And they will accept bids of around £42million for the former Ajax man and reports on the Football.London website have claimed that De Ligt’s camp has spoken to the likes of Chelsea, Man United, Liverpool and Arsenal about a potential move to the Premier League.
